摘 要:为实现海水提铀,制备了带偕胺肟基的螯合电极。以铝片作为基体材料,分别组装上KH-550和丙烯腈丙烯酸共聚物P(AN-co-AA),形成共聚物薄膜。KH-550增强了薄膜的结合力,解决了极少数聚合物膜从基体上脱落的问题。然后再对其进行偕胺肟化,形成含偕胺肟基(海水提铀的最佳基团)的螯合电极,并用FT-IR和SEM对电极进行了表征。结果表明,当反应温度为70℃,反应时间3 h,盐酸羟胺浓度0.3 mmol.L-1时,反应转化率达到58.3%。Chelating electrode with amidoxime-groups was prepared for the purpose of absorbing uranium from seawater. KH-550 and P(AN-co-AA) were coated on the aluminum substrate by self-assembly in turn, and P(AN-co-AA) coating formed. The coating was adsorbed steadily on the aluminum, settling the problem of coating shelling. Followingly, the coating was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride directly to make chelating electrode which contained amidoxime-groups(the best group used to absorb uranium from seawater). The electrode was characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The optimal conditions of preparing chelating electrodes were, reaction temperature as 70 ℃, reaction time as 3 h, concentration of hydroxylamine hydrochloride as 0. 3 mmol·L^-1 , and the conversion rate reached 58.3% in maximum.
