摘　　要：《中藏经》对言语和语言异常的记载散见于各篇,其描述侧重点各有不同,描述方式多种多样。这些描述具有重要的临床意义,主要体现在明病因、定病位、辨病性、决生死等方面。与《内经》相比,《中藏经》中言语和语言异常有明显特点。The records of speech-language abnormalities scattered in some chapters of Zhongzangjing,and the descriptive emphases and modes of these records were diversified. The speech-language abnormalities in Zhongzangjing had important clinical values which were embodied in reflecting several aspects such as etiology,pathogeneses,disease locations and prognoses. Moreover,in comparison with Huangdi Neijing,the speech-language abnormalities in Zhongzangjing have some difference.
