摘  要:用橡胶加工方法制备了反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯/乙炔黑复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能、导电性、热致及电致形状记忆性能。结果表明:随乙炔黑用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先增后减,断裂伸长率则是单调降低;体积电阻率呈非线性降低趋势;试样具有热致形状记忆性能,随着乙炔黑用量增加,热刺激响应温度呈先升后降的趋势,热致形变回复率保持在90%左右,回复速度呈降低趋势。乙炔黑含量及施加的电压对试样的电致形状记忆性能有重要影响,乙炔黑用量增加或电压升高,试样的电致回复性能提高。The trans-l,4-polyisoprene (TPI) /acetylene black (ACET) composite was prepared by a rubber processing method. The tensile properties, conductivities and shape memory properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of acetylene black content, the tensile strength of the composite increased at first and then decreased, the elongation at break decreased, and the volume resistivity reduced nonlinearly. The composite had shape memory property, with the increase of acetylene black content, the thermo-responsive temperature increased at first and then decreased. The shape recovery rate remained around 90% and shape recovery speed decreased. Both the acetylene black content and voltage could significantly influence the electro-responsive shape memory properties of the composite. With the increase of acetylene black content or voltage,both the electro-responsive shape recovery rate and recovery speed increased.
