阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的中医临床探讨

摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一种慢性睡眠呼吸疾患,不仅严重影响睡眠质量,同时可引起高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、脑血管病、肾病等多种疾病,对身体健康具有极大潜在威胁。临床主要表现为睡眠时打鼾、呼吸暂停或自觉憋醒、晨起头痛、日间嗜睡、疲劳、记忆力下降和性欲降低等,是一种发病率高且日益受到重视的疾病。中医学对本病没有专门论述,散见于痰证、多寐、失眠等病症。肺脾肾三脏的功能异常是发生鼾症的主要原因,其主要病机为虚实兼夹,多为本虚标实。虚为肺脾肾气虚或阳虚,实为痰浊、瘀血,本病虚实可相互转化。如肺脾肾气虚致使津液气化失司而酿成痰浊,痰浊内壅进一步阻碍肺脾肾的气化;痰浊内生,阻滞气机,血运不畅而致瘀血,终致痰瘀互结。目前临床中常用的治疗方法,通过辨证分型,采用中药治疗和针灸治疗。Obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome（OSAHS）is a chronic sleep disease related breathing disorders,which not only seriously affect the quality of sleep,but also cause high blood pressure,diabetes,heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,kidney disease and so on,which have a great potential threat to the health. The main clinical manifestations have sleep snoring,apnea,or consciously hold back awake,headache in the morning,sleepiness in daytime,fatigue,memory loss,and reduced sexual desire and so on,is a high incidence of the disease.Chinese medicine doesn＇t have specifically discussion about this disease,has relationship with phlegm,lethargy,insomnia. Spleen and kidney and lung dysfunction were the mind cause. Sputum nd stagnated blood were the important pathogenesis,at the same time ,Qi deficiency or Yang deficiency were the other pathogenesis.Now in clinical treatments,using different traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment according to differentiation of symptoms and signs is the common method.
