中西医结合治疗骨折后遗症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:讨论中西医结合疗法治疗骨折后遗症的疗效。方法:该院自2006年1月—2008年6月收治48例骨折后遗症患者且获得随访。随访0.5～2年,平均1.3年。结果:在平均治疗2个月后按疗效标准评定,显效14例,占29.17%;好转28例,占58.33%;无效6例,占12.50%。总有效率为87.50%。结论:中西医结合治疗骨折后遗症有可靠的疗效。Objective：To discuss the efficacy of TCM-WM therapy in the treatment of the sequelae of fractures. Method：A retrospective analysis was done for 48 cases of the sequelae of fractures that had been treated from January 2006 to June 2008. Result：After treatments of an average of 2 months,in accordance with the criterion of therapeutically effect,14 cases Excellent,Accounted for 29.17%; 28 cases Improved,Accounted for 58.33%; 6 cases invalid,Accounted for 12.50%.Effective rate was 87.50%. Conclusion：TCM-WM therapy has a dependable effect in treatment of the sequelae of fractures.
