摘  要:研究活性氧(ROS)在火药烟雾致人支气管上皮细胞损伤中的作用。对支气管上皮细胞直接作用于火药烟雾环境中,观察不同时间火药对支气管上皮细胞活性影响及胞内ROS相对含量变化。结果表明培养的支气管上皮细胞的活性随着与火药烟雾接触时间的增加而降低,细胞内ROS相对含量随着时间的增加而升高。结论是细胞内ROS相对含量与细胞损伤程度相关,ROS是火药烟雾致支气管上皮细胞损伤机制重要部分。To study the role of ROS in human bronchial epithelial cell injury caused by the smoke of gunpowder.The bronchial epithelial cells were directly treated on the gunpowder smoke-filled environment,the different processing time was used to observe live activity change and intracellular ROS levels of the bronchial epithelial cells.The results showed that the activity of bronchial epithelial cells decreased and ROS levels increased as time extended.The intracellular ROS levels associated with cell injury,ROS is an important part of the mechanism of the gunpowder smoke-induced injury in bronchial epithelial cell.
