摘 要:f-CaO含量是熟料质量的重要控制指标,表观上看f-CaO高无非为熟料欠烧或结球所致,实际上造成熟料中f-CaO高的原因有很多,涉及了从生料制备到熟料出窑的生产全过程。结合2500t/d熟料预分解窑投产6年多来的生产实践经验,详细分析和归类了引起熟料f-CaO偏高的主要原因(包括配料不当、生料过粗、煅烧不良、原料有害成分过高、操作控制水平低等)以及窑况变化状况等,并就生产中采取的针对性措施及其效果进行了一一介绍。w(f-CaO) is an important control index of clinker quality, and high content off-CaO is simply considered caused by under-burning and ball formation, actually there are many causes referring to the whole cement production process from meal preparation to clinker out of kiln. Combined with the six years of production experience of the 2 500 t/d clinker precalcining kiln production line, the author analysed and classified the main factors of high f-CaO like improper material proportioning, disqualification meal fineness, high objectionable constituent and low lever of operation and control as well as the relative kiln running condition, and introcuded one by one the corresponding measures and the effect.
