摘　　要：SF型推动棒式篦冷机具有可靠性强、运转率高、气流分布稳定、热回收和冷却效率好以及维修工作量小等优点。文章介绍了该篦冷机6个方面的结构特点和性能优势,并结合生产实际,介绍了几种故障工况的处理措施;同时重点强调生产中应避免有大块窑皮及大块物料落入篦冷机内,防止砸断推动棒。SF cross-bar cooler has many strongpoints good reliability, high running rate, stable air distribution, great heat recycling and cooling effect and little maintenance. The paper introduced six aspects of its structural charactistic and performance advantage, according to the real production, illustrated the measures to corresponding running condition, and stressed that it should be avoided large coating and material droping to the cooler and breaking down its push bar.
