摘　　要：本文介绍了呼吸机作为专用医疗设备在采购过程中的特殊性。应根据不同需求层次侧重选择相应技术指标,并通过第三方机构检测的方式对拟采购产品进行性能测试并对照厂家参数进行比较,最终以性能价格比最优原则进行采购。The article introduced the particularity？ of the ventilator in purchasing procedure as special medical instrument. Choose correspond technique guideline by different demand and compare the parameter provided by the manufacture with the third agency.
