摘 要:温度对氧脱木素初期木素脱除速率的影响远大于对纤维素降解速率的影响,而氧脱木素后期温度对两者的影响差别不大;氧气压力对氧脱木素初期木素脱除速率的影响小于对纤维素降解速率的影响,而氧脱木素后期对两者的影响差别也不大;OH-浓度对氧脱木素初期木素脱除速率的影响与对纤维素降解速率的影响差别不大,而氧脱木素后期OH-浓度对纤维素降解速率的影响大于对木素脱除速率的影响。基于此,分析、比较了3种氧脱木素的设计型式。实际生产中氧脱木素效果不仅受以上因素的影响,进浆洗涤效果对氧脱木素效果影响也非常显著。The impact of temperature on the delignification rate is higher than on the cellulose degradation rate at the initial stage of oxygen delignification, and there is little difference of the impacts on the delignification rate and cellulose degradation rate at the end of oxygen delignification process. The influence of oxygen process on delignification rate is lower than cellulose degradation rate at the initial stage of oxygen delignification, there is little difference of the influences on both delignification and cellulose degradation rates. The impacts of OH- concentration on the delignification rate and cellulose degradation rate are similar, however, its impact on cellulose degradation rate is higher at the end of delignification process. Base on this, three different designs of delignification process are analyzed and compared.
