摘 要:目的:探讨无创呼吸机在治疗呼吸衰竭中的运用。方法:将68例急、慢性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组用常规药物治疗,给予抗感染、祛痰、平喘、鼻导管吸氧等治疗;治疗组除上述治疗外加用无创呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗。结果:2组患者治疗前的基础情况和动脉血气分析指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组PaO2明显升高,PaCO2明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机辅助呼吸可明显升高PaO2、降低PaCO2,对治疗急、慢性呼吸衰竭患者疗效肯定,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the application of non - invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure. Method Total 68 cases of acute or chronic respiratory failure were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group received conventional drug therapy, including anti - infection, expectorant, asthma, nasal catheter oxygen and other treatments ; in addition to the above treatment,the treatment group plused the non - invasive treatment of ventilator - assisted breathing. Results The basic stations and arterial blood gas analysis of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Compared with the control group,PaO2 in the treatment group increased significantly, PaCO2 decreased significantly(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator - assisted breathing can significantly increase PaO2 , lower PaCO2 in the treatment of patients with acute or chronic respiratory failure, with positive effect, is worthy of clinical application.
