摘  要:本文通过分析山东批发市场的购销渠道的变化,探悉水果供应链下游水果零售市场发展的变化与供应链中游批发市场之间的关系。研究结果表明,在水果批发商的销售对象中,超市、专业供应商及出口企业等新兴购买者已经出现,并且有显著的增加趋势,但是超市等购买者没有对批发商的进货提出更高的要求从而影响批发商的进货渠道,水果批发商的采购对象90%以上仍然依靠广大农户。即,水果供应链下游的变化已经影响到供应链中游的销售渠道的变化,但是还没有影响到中游的采购渠道的变化。This paper analyzes the relationship between the changes of fruit retail market in the downstream supply chain and the wholesale market in middle supply chain by examining the changes of purchasing and sale channels in Shandong wholesale market. The results show that the supermarkets, professional suppliers, export companies and other new buyers have emerged. But the buyers such as supermarkets did not affect the purchasing channel of wholesalers by making higher standard requirements. Wholesalers purchase fruits from small farms accounted for more than 90 percent of all fruits purchased by them. The changes of downstream in fruit supply chain has affected the sale channels in midstream, but not affected the purchasing channels in midstream. That is, changes in downstream of the market have been transmitted into upstream-midstream, but not midstream-upstream.
