摘　　要：[目的]探讨顺丁烯二酸酐对作业工人肺通气功能的影响,为确定顺丁烯二酸酐的职业健康检查项目提供依据。[方法]2009年4月,对某化工厂60名接触顺丁烯二酸酐的作业人员60名进行肺通气功能测定,并与60名正常对照组比较。[结果]各项肺通气功能指标值接触组均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);除V75、FVC1.0外,其他肺通气功能指标低工龄组均高于高工龄组(P<0.01);与正常人的预计值比较,接触组各指标均明显下降,以反映小气道功能阻塞的指标V50、V25最为明显。[结论]长期接触低浓度顺丁烯二酸酐对作业工人肺通气功能有不良影响,V50、V25最为明显。[Objective]To explore the impact of maleic anhydride on lung ventilation function among maleic anhydride - exposed workers,to provide a basis for the items of physical examination of occupational health concerning maleic anhydride. [Methods]Test of lung ventilation function was conducted for 60 maleic anhydride-exposed workers from a certain chemical plant in April 2009,60 non-maleic anhydride-exposed workers were selected as controls. [Results] All indicators of lung ventilation function were lower in exposed group than that in control group （ P 〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. In addition to V75,FVC1.0,other indicators of lung ventilation function was higher in low standing group than that in high standing group（ P〈0.01）. Compared with the expected value in the general population, all the indicators decreased in exposed group,especially the indicator of V50, V25 which can indicatcd the obstruction of small airway function. [Conclusion] Long-term exposure to low concentration of maleic anhydride can affect the works＇ lung ventilation function,especially V50 and V25.
