摘 要:以加入WTO后中国汽车产业为研究对象,通过自主创新评价指数、皮尔逊相关系数对战略性贸易政策中R&D补贴政策、自主创新以及我国汽车产业结构之间进行经验性、相关性及回归分析。研究发现R&D补贴政策与我国汽车产业自主创新高度正相关,相关系数十分显著;战略R&D补贴及企业自主创新对市场占有率影响存在滞后效应,并对汽车的市场垄断集中度有分化作用,优化了汽车产业结构。我国政府应当加大对战略性产业的R&D补贴,进一步优化政府R&D补贴结构,完善创新激励制度,培育良好的创新环境。This paper makes the China's auto industry as the object after it entering WTO. With the independent innovation evaluation index and pearson correlation it studies the effect of strategic R&D subsidy policy on Independent Innovation and industry structure of the China's auto industry in empirical, Correlations and regressions. The conclusion indicates that the application of strategic R&D subsidy policy and Independent Innovation of China's Auto industry are highly positive relative, and the correlations are very significant. The paper also finds there are the lag effects of Independent Innovation on the market structure optimization. Meanwhile, it reduces the market oligopoly concentration rate and optimizes the China's auto industry structure. Some policy suggestions are provided.
