摘 要:提出一种可中断负荷参与的阻塞管理多目标模型。以调整发电机出力和裁减负荷为手段,以电压水平、社会效益、可中断负荷量和中断负荷用户数这4种因素为阻塞管理目标,通过这些因素的归一化满意度评估函数来描述模型中的目标函数。结合模型的特点,提出以判断矩阵法为基础,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标问题,并利用遗传算法进行求解。IEEE30节点系统的仿真计算结果表明,所提出的多目标模型比传统模型更具优越性。A multi-objective congestion management model with which the interruptible load participates is proposed. By means of regulating generator output and shedding load, four factors, i.e., voltage level, social effect, amount of interruptible loads and number of interrupted consumers, are taken as the objects of congestion management and the objective functions of the proposed model are described by the normalized satisfaction evaluation fimctions of these factors. According to the features of the proposed model, it is put forward that the proposed multi-objective optimization problem is changed into single objective problem by using of judgment matrix and then solved by genetic algorithm. Simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system show that the proposed multi-objective congestion management model is more superior to traditional models.
