摘  要:阐述了传统球墨铸铁管的套管工艺存在的问题,对传统的套管工艺进行革新,克服了传统套管工艺效率低、易划伤铸管内壁的油漆、费用高等缺点。采用带槽垫木代替插装件和平垫木进行套管,根据不同规格铸管确定带槽垫木的尺寸,创新后的套管工艺,年可节省资金约57万元,在节约铸管运输成本方面,有推广价值。The paper expounds the problem with the use of ductile cast iron pipe in urban and rural water pipeline. It makes reforms of the traditional ductile piping technology and overcomes such shortcomings as the easy scraping of the paint on the inside wall of the cast pipe and high costs. It uses grooved wood instead of plug-in elements on the one hand and fiat bolsters to do pipe casing on the other. It determines the dimensions of the grooved wood according to the different specifications of the cast pipe. The innovated pipe casing process can save a fund of about ninety thousand US dollars annually and be of much value of popularization in reducing the cost of cast pipe transport.
