肾康注射液对早期糖尿病肾病尿内皮素及血脂、血黏度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察应用肾康注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将106例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组53例,对照组给予糖尿病教育、饮食控制和适量运动及常规降糖等综合治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用肾康注射液100 mL静脉滴注,治疗时间均4周。测定治疗前后24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(urinaryalbumin excretion rate,UAER)、尿内皮素(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平、肾功能、血浆黏度、血胆固醇水平的改变。结果在降低患者UAER、ET-1、血胆固醇及改善肾功能、血脂、血浆黏度方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗效果不明显。结论肾康注射液可降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的24 h尿白蛋白排泄率和ET 1水平,改善患者血脂、血黏度,从而保护肾功能。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenkang injection in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 106 early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and treated group, 53 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by routine method including diabetic education, dietary regimen, suitable movement and oral anti-hyperglycemic agents. The patients in the treated group were treated with Shenkang injection 100 mL per day by intravenous dripping for 4 weeks in addition to routine treatment. The urinary albumin excretion rate, endothelin-1, kidney function, blood viscosity and blood cholesterol in the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the treated group, patients＇ UAER, ET-1, kidney function, blood viscosity and blood cholesterol meliorated better than control group（ P〈0.05）. The control group had no significant difference with treated before. Conclusion Shenkang injection can protect the renal function of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Shenkang injection exerts effects mainly by downregulating urinary albumin excretion rate and ET-1 level,and ameliorating serum lipid and plasma viscosity.
