摘 要:目的观察脑震荡后2~4周听功能及耳蜗毛细胞的病理改变。方法以豚鼠为研究对象,制成脑震荡模型。20只健康豚鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组,脑震荡后即刻组、2周组、4周组。应用听性脑干反应(auditorybrainstem response,ABR)和畸变产物耳声发射(distortion products otoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)观察脑震荡后听功能变化;应用扫描电镜观察耳蜗毛细胞的病理改变。结果 ABR Ⅰ、Ⅴ波潜伏期和Ⅱ~Ⅲ、Ⅱ~Ⅴ波间期均有变化;DPOAE于打击后在0.7、1.0 kHz频率其幅值有明显变化(P<0.05);扫描电镜下见耳蜗毛细胞的纤毛有排列紊乱和倒伏现象。结论豚鼠脑震荡后2~4周听功能和耳蜗毛细胞均存在一定程度的病理改变。Objective To observe the auditory function and the pathological changes of cochlear hair cells at 2-4 weeks after cerebral concussion. Methods Twenty healthy guinea pigs were divided into four groups. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) and distortion products otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) were recorded at immediately, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after concussion. Brain and cochlear structure were observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results ABR latency of Ⅰ,Ⅴ wave and Ⅱ~Ⅲ,Ⅱ~Ⅴ interval waves were changed after concussion. DPOAE were changed significantly at 0.7 and 1 kHz after concussion. The disarranged and fallen hair cells were shown under scanning electron microscope. Conclusion There were some changes in auditory function and cochlear structure at 2-4 weeks after cerebral concussion.
