摘 要:为了改善沥青路面粘结剂—沥青胶浆的高低温性能,从材料流变学和粘弹性力学出发,采用动态剪切流变仪测定纤维沥青胶浆的相位角和车辙因子,采用弯曲梁流变仪测定沥青胶浆的蠕变劲度和蠕变速率,系统研究了填料种类、纤维种类、纤维掺量和老化程度对沥青胶浆流变性能的影响及其变化规律。研究表明:纤维改善沥青胶浆的高温性能优于水泥和矿粉,但改善沥青的低温性能却次于水泥和矿粉;德兰尼特纤维能较好地提高沥青路面的高温性能,其较小的用量可达到显著的效果;随着纤维掺量的增加,沥青胶浆的高温性能增强,低温性能有所改善,老化后沥青胶浆的高温性能更好,增粘效果更明显。研究成果对合理选择填料种类和比例,提高沥青路面的使用性能具有指导和应用价值。In order to improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar, based on material theology and viscoelasticity, the dynamic shear rheometer was adopted to determine the phase angle and rutting factor of fiber asphalt mortar and the bending beam rheometer was adopted to measure creep stiffness and creep rate. The influence of filler type, fiber type, mixing amount of fiber and aging degree on rheological property of asphalt mortar and its variation law were systematically studied. The research indicated the followings: The high temperature performance of asphalt mortar improved by fiber is better than those by cement and slag and low temperature performance improved by fiber is inferior; Dolanit fibers can better improve the high temperature performance of asphalt pavement and a small mixing amount can achieve remarkable effect; as the temperature rises, the influence of fiber on high temperature performance of asphalt is weakened ; with the mixing amount of fiber increases, high-temperature performance of asphalt mortar is enhanced while lowtemperature performance improved, and high-temperature performance of asphalt mortar and the effect of viscosity after aging become better, as well. The research results have great guiding significance and application value in choosing the appropriate filler type and mixing amount of fiber selection and improving asphalt pavement performance.
