摘 要:提出一种换热网络动态特性的通用求解方法,该方法首先将单体换热器处理成带滞后的一阶惯性环节,以单体换热器为模块,连接各个换热器形成换热网络的信号流图,以换热器入口信号是否准备好作为模块计算依据,采用以模块为核心的动态求解策略依次求解各个换热器,直到所有换热器计算完毕,最终获得各个换热器的出口传递函数。同时利用MATLAB强大的符号运算功能,编制了自动求解程序,使得计算方便简洁,且计算速度快,通用性强。A general method is proposed and used to investigate the dynamic behavior of heat exchanger networks in this work. Firstly, a single heat exchanger is treated'as a first order inertia link, and its transfer functions and signal flow graph are achieved. Furthermore, the signal flow graph of heat exchanger networks is formed according to the transitive relations among fluids. Each heat exchanger is dynamic calculated if all input signals of this heat exchanger are ready. The transfer functions are obtained when all heat exchangers'are calculated. A solution program is designed based on MATLAB which have the powerful function of symbolic computation. The proposed method has its advantages in high computation speed, and good adaptability for any demands of investigators.
