摘　　要：阐述了精益理论核心内容,分析了单元生产模式的概念,以及它在精益理论中的地位和作用。讨论了在电器制造行业中进行精益单元生产模式的应用方法,并给出了在实际应用中的解决方案,以期对企业进行生产模式的改造时能够有所帮助。Description was made to the core contents of lean thinking theory. Analysis was made on the concept of cellular production mode and its position and functions in lean thinking theory. How to carry out the application method in electrical appliance manufactur- ing industry was discussed with solutions given in practical application, so as to give some help while the enterprise carries out production mode transformation.
