摘  要:针对中国神华能源股份有限责任公司神东煤炭分公司大柳塔活鸡兔井21305工作面过上部倾向煤柱时的动载矿压问题,通过煤柱上方关键块体结构的稳定性分析以及模拟实验,对工作面出煤柱阶段动载矿压发生的机理和规律进行了研究。结果表明:出煤柱阶段煤柱上方两关键块体形成的三铰式结构是不稳定的,两关键块体会随下部岩层的下移而发生相对旋转运动,最终导致下煤层关键层断裂块体上覆载荷过大而失稳,这是造成此阶段工作面动载矿压发生的根本原因;两关键块体的回转角通常情况下无法达到维持其结构稳定的极限条件,这决定了出煤柱阶段工作面动载矿压的普遍存在;当煤柱边界上方关键块体结构断裂线外错于煤柱边界时,下部岩层对其支撑力的力矩最小,因而下煤关键层承受的载荷也就最大,故而最易导致下煤层工作面动载矿压的发生。Aiming at the problem of the strong strata behaviors during the No. 21305 working face out of the upper dip coal pillar in Huojitu Coal Mine of Daliuta, the mechanism and law of the problem were researched based on the stabil- ity analysis of the key block structure above the coal pillar and physical simulation. The research results indicate that the three hinged structure of key blocks above the coal pillar is unstable which results to the relative rotary motion of the two key blocks with the subsidence of the under strata. As a result, the fault block structure will lose its stability due to the excessive load. This is the fundamental source for the problem. Generally the turning angle of the two key blocks can not reach the extreme condition to maintain the structure' s stability,which leads to the universality of the strong strata behaviors during the working face out of the upper dip coal pillar. When the fracture line of the key block structure is in the outside of the pillar' s boundary, the moment of the holding power to the structure is the least. There- fore the load on the under seam key strata will be the largest, which leads the problem of the strong strata behaviors mostly.
