摘  要:针对煤岩介质材料力学性质的非均匀性特点及变形破裂过程中透气性的非线性变化特性,应用基于含瓦斯煤岩破裂过程固-气耦合动力学模型开发的RFPA2D-Flow软件,系统模拟了石门对掘揭开急倾斜煤层煤与瓦斯突出动力灾害演化过程,从细观的角度分析了突出过程中的应力演变、裂隙发展和瓦斯运移规律。数值模拟和突出实例分析表明:高瓦斯压力和梯度、严重应力集中和叠加、不可忽视的揉搓煤体自重应力以及瞬间爆破应力冲击是造成突出的综合性原因。介绍了利用深孔预裂控制爆破技术的石门揭煤消突试验,结果表明,该技术爆破孔的增透半径大于3 m,在防治高瓦斯低透气性煤层石门揭煤突出和实现安全快速揭煤方面效果较好。Coal and gas outburst dynamical disaster in steep inclined coal seam uncovered by two reverse drifts was simulated by RFPAzD -Flow software developed on the basis of the solid-gas coupling dynamic model, in which the heterogeneity characteristics of the mechanical properties of coal and rock and the nonlinear evolution characteristics of gas permeability in stressed coal and rock were considered and incorporated. The stress evolution, the cranny development and the gas flowing rule during the outburst were analyzed from a microscopic view. The numerical simulation and the outburst case indicate that the high gas pressure and gas gradient, the serious stress concentration and superposition, the noticeable weight stress of the kneaded coal body as well as the instantaneous blast stress impact are integrated reasons for the outburst. Introduced the outburst elimination experiment of deep hole pre-splitting controlled blasting technology, the result indicates that the permeability increasing radius of the blasting hole is longer than 3 m and the technology has good effect on preventing outburst disaster in high gas and low permeability coal seam uncovered by crosscut as well as achieving opening out the coal seam safely and fast.
