摘  要:利用多功能脱硝实验平台,在典型再燃脱硝工况下,研究了煤粉混合杨木屑的脱硝特性。实验结果表明:煤粉混杨木屑能提高煤粉再燃脱硝效率,在再燃比为20%的工况下,杨木屑的加入使烟煤和褐煤的脱硝率分别提高了35%和14%;混合燃料中煤与杨木屑的最佳比例为1:1;在过量空气系数为0.6时混合燃料获得最高的脱硝效率;随着再燃温度的升高,混合燃料脱硝效率先减少后增大;混合燃料最佳再燃比和再燃区停留时间分别为20%和0.81s。再燃比为20%的典型工况下,煤粉混杨木屑再燃脱硝效率达到58%~74%。The reburn denitration characteristics of coal co-with poplar was studied in a multi-function denitration test bed under the typical reburn denitration conditions. The research results indicate that coal co-with poplar can enhance the coal reburn denitration efficiency, the denitration efficiency of bituminous coal and lignite co-with poplar are 35 and 14 percentage points higher than that of the bituminous coal and the lignite at the reburn fuel fraction 20%, respectively. The optimal ratio of coal and poplar of the mixed fuels is 1: 1. The mixed fuels attain their highest denitration efficiency at the stoichiometric ratio (SR ) 0. 6. With the temperature increasing, the mixed fuels reburn denitration effectiveness firstly decreases and then increases. The best suitable reburn fuel ratio and the resident time of the mixed fuels are 20% and 0. 81 second, respectively. Under the typical operating conditions with rehurn fuel ratio of 20%, NO removal efficiency of 58% -74% is achieved by coal co-with poplar reburning.
