河北省县级结防机构专业人员执业资质情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省县级结防机构专业人员执业医师资质与配置情况。方法采用调查表形式于2008年8月对河北省146个县级结防机构和其专业人员进行执业资质情况进行调查。结果河北省146个县级结防机构人员数量与辖区所服务的人口数量相比明显不足,结防人员与服务人口比例为1∶72000。146个结防机构中具有临床、公卫两种执业医师资质人员者占63.01%。临床、公卫执业医师人数占专业人员总数的比例分别仅为29.61%和30.22%。临床、公卫执业资质人员所在主要岗位分布均以诊断治疗和规划管理为主,其他人员岗位则以实验室和药品管理和督导为主。专业人员职称以中级以下占多数。结论县级结防机构专业人员数量和质量急需进一步提高,落实相应岗位从业医师资质,以确保结防机构医务人员从医行为的合法性和病人诊治质量。Objective To understand the Qualified medical practitioners and their Staging of county level of TB control institution in Hebei province. Method Investigation about Qualified medical practitioners and their Staffing in 146 counties in August , 2008. Results The number of the staff was inadequate and the ratio of the staff in TB control institution in county level to tectorial population was 1 ： 72000. With the clinical, public health practitioners of the two kinds of qualified personnel accounted for 63.01% in 146 counties. The rates of every kind of qualified personnel for clinical and public health practitioners among all staff were 29.61% and 30. 22% separately. Their main posts were diagnosis, treatment , planning and management, the others were laboratories , drug management and supervision, medical practice, the majority of them is following intermediate. Conclusions County - level professionals in TB control agencies need to further improve the quantity and quality of the implementation of the corresponding positions practitioner qualification, to ensure that the doctor in TB control agencies legality of the actions of medical personnel and patients the quality of diagnosis and treatment.
