摘　　要：目的为了解邢台市麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)的免疫效果,探讨加速控制麻疹策略。方法对2006～2009年1.5岁以下完成初免的儿童进行血清学检测。结果接种麻疹疫苗后,麻疹抗体阳性率为99.06%,抗体几何平均滴度为1∶4341.38mIU/ml。结论继续做好麻疹疫苗的初种和复种,是控制和消除麻疹的主要策略。Objective To understand the immune effect of attenuated measles vaccine （（MV） in Xingtai and to investigate the strategies of controlling measles. Method Doing serological research on the children who were younger than 1.5 years old and had accomplished the initial immunization yet from 2006 to 2009. Results After measles vaccination, the measles antibody positive rate was 99. 06% and the antibody geometric mean titer was 1 ： 4341.38 mIU / ml. Conclusions Continuing to inject the initial measles vaccine and revaceination timely is the main strategy to control and eliminate measles.
