摘　　要：目的探讨开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作的途径和方法。方法对基层卫生人员进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测技术培训,培训前后采用相同试卷进行测试,并评价其效果。结果三期培训基层卫生人员102人,培训前艾滋病相关知识试卷答对率仅为31.91%,培训24学时后再次测试上升为88.24%,统计学检验有显著性差异。结论开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测技术工作,需培训提高基层卫生人员的业务素质。Objective To investigate and carry out the work of acquired immunedeficiency syndrome （AIDS） voluntary counseling and testing means and methods. Method The basic medical members had been trained for the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing technique. Before and after the training, used the same test paper and to evaluate its effect. Results There were 102 basic medical members in three periods of the training. Before the training, the correct answer rate of examination papers about the AIDS - related knowledge was only 31.91%, but 24 hours training later the rate rose to 88. 24% after the test again. Statistically significant difference was definitive in the test. Conclusions The works of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing technique need the increasing professional quality of basic medical members by more training.
