摘　　要：目的为掌握乌鲁木齐市周边戈壁荒漠沙土鼠种群结构、区系分布及自然感染鼠疫情况。方法采集沙土鼠血清,进行血清学监测。结果解剖沙土鼠及其它鼠类210只,其中5份为阳性血清。结论改地区曾经有动物间鼠疫流行,因而确定地区为沙土鼠鼠疫疫源地。Objective To master the gerbil population structure, fauna and natural infection in the distribution of plague cases in Gobi desert around the city of Urumqi.. Method Collected serum of gerbil and carried out serological monitor. Results A total number of 210 gerbils were dissected and five serum showed positive. Condusions There have been plague popularity among animals and the desert around Urumqi is plague epdienic focus.
