提高农村地区肺结核病人发现率与治疗效果模式研究

摘　　要：目的提高农村地区肺结核病人转诊率、发现率和治愈率,控制结核病流行。方法全面开展乡村干部结核病防治知识培训,举办形式多样的结核病健康促进活动;实施项目化疗方案和结核病专科医院治疗方案相结合模式和包片管理模式,治疗管理肺结核病人。结果提高了农村地区大众人群结核病防治知识知晓率、提高了病人发现率和治疗效果。结论采取综合措施提高农村地区结核病防治工作水平非常重要。Objective To raise diagnose rate, detection rate and cure rate of a tuberculosis patient in village region and turn, and control tuberculosis popular. Method Develop overally the tuberculosis prevention and cure knowledge train of village staff, and hold a diverse form of tubereuloais healthily promote activity ; Carry out combination mode of item chemotherapy the project and the tuberculosis specialty treatment project in the hospital and pack slice management style. Cure and manage tuberculosis patient. Results Raised the understanding rate of prevention tuberculosis of public crowd in village region, and raised a patient detection rate and treatment effect. Conclusions It is important to adopt the comprehensive measure to increase the level of tuberculosis prevention in village region.
