摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法测定皮革中的戊二醛含量。实验结果表明直接紫外法操作简便,但方法检出限较高,仅为10mg/L,回收率为92.4%~108.4%,相对标准偏差为0.056,相关系数为0.9998。而盐酸羟胺紫外分光光度法检出限为0.5mg/L,回收率为87.3%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.041,相关系数为0.9996。盐酸羟胺法较适合于皮革样品的检测。UV-spectrophotometry was applied to determine the glutaraldehyede concentration in leather. The experiment results without pretreatment showed the limit of detection was 10 mg/L, the recoveries were in the range of 92.4%-108.4%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision was 0.056, and the linear correlation of coefficient was 0.9998. The experiment results pretreated by hydroxylamine hydrochloride showed the limit of detection was 0.5 mg/L, the recoveries were in the range of 87.3%-99.6%, the RSD of precision was 0.041, and the linear correlation of coefficient was 0.9996. So the 2nd method is more suitable for the determination of glutaraldehyede concentration in leather.
