施耐德PLC在洪江水电站调速器上的应用

摘　　要：现在科学技术日新月异,工业控制级的总线越来越完善,传输速度也越来越快。施耐德电气公司的工业控制总线研发和应用走在世界最前沿,其基于MB+总线的运动控制系统(MODBUS PLUS MOTION SYSTEM)在许多大型工厂的自动化流水线上有着广泛的应用,卓越的表现。另外水电行业近年来出现了一种无油自复中电/机转换器的调速器,这种电/机转换器电气上需要一个精确定位,快速响应的位置闭环系统来组成"无油电液转换器",从而将电气的信号转换机械的位移信号,再通过主配压阀将其信号放大,作用于主接力器。本文提供了施耐德公司的MB+总线形式的运动控制系统与无油自复中电/机转换器配合组成的全数字双微机数字调速器的实践运用。With the development of science and technology, industrial control level of the bus become more and more perfect, the transmission speed more and more faster. Schneider Electric Inc. lead the development and application of industrial control bus in the world, its MB ＋ bus-based motion con- trol system （MODBUS PLUS MOTION SYSTEM） has widely applied in a number of large--scale factory automation pipeline and shows the excellent performance. Another hydropower industry in recent years has been a recovery in oil--free self--electro / mechanical converter of the governor, this electro / mechanical electrical converter required on a precise positioning and rapid response to the location of the closed--loop system to form the ＂ oil--free electro--hydraulic converter ＂, which will convert electrical signal to mechanical displacement signal, and then amplify it through the main valve with pressure, acting on the main relay device. This article provides Schneider＇s of motion control system of MB ＋bus form and the practical application of all--digital dual--PC digital governor composi- tion of the non--oil the electro/mechanical converter.
