旋覆代赭汤对混合性反流性食管炎模型大鼠CyclinD1表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察旋覆代赭汤对混合性反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管黏膜组织细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)表达的影响。[方法]将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、中药治疗组、西药对照组,后3组行"食管十二指肠端侧吻合术",术后1周分别给予生理盐水、旋覆代赭汤水煎剂和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片混悬液,连续给药21d后,观察各组大鼠食管黏膜CyclinD1的表达情况。[结果]模型组较正常对照组食管黏膜CyclinD1的表达明显增强,有显著性差异;中药治疗组及西药对照组较模型组食管黏膜CyclinD1的表达明显降低,且中药治疗组降低更为明显,有显著性差异;中药治疗组食管黏膜CyclinD1的表达与正常组比较,无显著性差异。[结论]旋覆代赭汤可明显降低混合性反流性食管炎食管黏膜CyclinD1的表达,从而起到治疗混合性反流性食管炎的作用。[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction on the expression of cyclin D1 in the esophageal mucosa in rat with mixed reflux esophagitis. [Methods] Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group. The operation of end-to-side anastomosis of the esophagus and duodenum was performed for all groups except the normal control group. Normal saline, Xufu Daizhe decoction and suspension liquid of citrate mosapride dispersible tablets were given continuously for 21 days from the second week after the operation. The expression of Cyclin D1 in esophageal mucosa was observed. [Results] The expression of Cyclin D1 was significantly increased in the model group compared with the normal control group. Compared with the model group, the expression of Cyclin D1 decreased significantly in both Chinese medicine group and Western medicine control group, and the decrease was more in the Chinese medicine group. No significant difference was found on the expression of Cyclin D1 between Chinese medicine group and normal control group. [Conclusion] Xuanfu Daizhe decoction can significantly decrease the expression of Cyclin D1 in esophageal mucosa and so can be effective for treating the mixed reflux esophagitis.
