3%硼酸与氦氖激光联合治疗接触性皮炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨3%硼酸溶液湿敷与氦氖激光联合治疗接触性皮炎的疗效。方法60例接触性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组以3%硼酸溶液湿敷与氦氖激光联合治疗,对照组仅用3%硼酸溶液湿敷,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.7%高于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3%硼酸湿敷与氦氖激光联合治疗接触性皮炎疗效确切,可明显缩短病程,不良反应少。Objective To discuss the efficacy of 3% boric acid solution with Co-He-Ne laser treatment on contact dermatitis. Method 60 patients with contact dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases of each. The treatment group used the 3% boric acid solution with Co-He-Ne laser treatment while the control group only used the 3% boric acid solution treatment. Observed the effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（g6. 7% ）was higher than in the control group （63.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The 3% boric acid solution with the Co-He-Ne laser treatment for contact dermatitis is genuine therapeutic,can shorten the course of the disease, and has less side effects.
