摘　　要：目的：检测基质金属蛋白酶-9（matrix metalloproteinase-9，MMP-9）在人冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达，探讨其与斑块稳定性的关系和在急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）发生中的作用。方法：从50例尸检标本中获得50个冠状动脉标本。用免疫组织化学的方法检测MMP-9在各组冠脉中的表达情况。结果：正常冠状动脉MMP-9不表达，在冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块中表达增加，且不稳定斑块表达高于稳定斑块。结论：MMP-9参与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成并与斑块稳定性密切相关，MMP-9对急性冠脉综合征的发生起促进作用。Objective ,. To detect the expression of MMP - 9 in human coronary artery plaque, discuss the relationship of plaque stability and the. role in the occurrence of ACS. Methods ： Our group choose 50 coronary arteries from 50 autopsied cases. Then we detect the expression of MMP -9 by immunohistochemistry. Result： In normal group, MMP -9 have no expression, but the expression increases in coronary atherosclerosis groups. The expression level is higher in unstable plagues than stable ones. Conclusion： MMP -9 participate in the occurrence of atherosclerosis and are highly relevant to the plaque stability. MMP - 9 facilitate the occurrence of ACS.
