摘 要:目的:调查抗菌药物在西药门诊处方中的使用情况,分析评价其使用的合理性。讨论不合理使用的原因及解决办法。方法:随机抽取2008年门诊处方总计9463张,进行抗菌药物使用情况统计和分析。统计分析每种抗生素的使用频率(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)以及使用次数等。结果:抗菌药物使用率40.4%,个别诊室抗菌药物使用率较高;抗菌药二联以上频率11.3%:使用频率最高的类别为头孢菌素类,占总处方的18.1%,使用频率最高的品种为头孢克肟片,占总处方的5.5%。结论:抗菌药物的使用率高于WHO推荐的值,但是低于抗菌药全国平均水平,合理的使用抗菌药物仍然有待规范。Object: To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinic, evaluate its rationality and discuss the reasons of irrationality and solutions. Methods : Randomly selected 9463 prescriptions during 2008 in our hospital were carried out statistics and analysis of the use of antibacterial drugs. Statistical analysis of DDDs, drug utilization index (DUI) and the use of frequency are presented. Results: Utilization rate of antimierobial agents is 40.4%. Antimicrobial drugs most frequently used categories is cephalospofins, accounting for 18.1% , and the species most frequently used is cefixime tablets, accounting for 5.5 % ; Antibacterial drug combination analysis: the frequencies above 2 together is 11.3%. Conclusion: According to the principle of the use of antibacterial drugs, the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is rational, yet it is still far from perfect. Measures should be taken to further improve the rational drug use level.
