二仙四妙芪蛇汤治疗男性免疫性不育症48例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察二仙四妙芪蛇汤治疗男性免疫性不育症的临床疗效及对抗精子抗体（AaAb）的作用。方法：将96例男性不育症AaAb阳性的患者随机分为两组各48例。治疗组以二仙四妙芪蛇汤（仙灵脾、仙茅、苍术、黄柏、牛膝、薏苡仁、黄芪、白花蛇舌草、丹参、川楝子、甘草）；对照组以口服强的松治疗。观察2组临床疗效及对AsAb的影响。结果：总有效率治疗组为93．9％，对照组为64．5％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗后血清AsAb阳性率均有不同程度降低，治疗组AsAb阳性转阴率更为明显，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：二仙四妙芪蛇汤治疗男性免疫性不育症疗效肯定并能调节AsAb，改善患者的免疫状况。Objective： to observe the clinical efficacy of Er Xian Si Miao Decoction in treating Immune Sterility of Male and the effect on antisperm antibody（AaAb）. Methods： Randomly divede 96 patients of male infertility of AaAb positive into two groups with 48 patients each. The Treatment Group is treated with Er Xian Si Miao Decoction （ Epimedium, Curculigo Orchioides, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Phellodendron, Achyranthes, Semen Coicis, Milk Veteh, Oldenlandia Diffusa, Salvia Mihiorrhiza, Toosendan Fruit, Glycyrrhiza） ;And the control group is treated with Prednisone. Observe the clinical efficacy and the effect on AsAb of the 2 groups. Results ： total effective rate of thc treatment group is 93.9% while the control group is 64.5%. There are significant differences between the 2 group（P 〈0.05）. After treament, AsAb positive rate of blood serum of the 2 group is brought down in various degree and the clearance rate of the treatment group is more obvious. There are significant differences between the 2 group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Er Xian Si Miao Decoction is effective in treating Immune Sterility of Male and adjusting AsAb, improving the immunity state of patients.
