摘　　要：介绍了PRT-A和PRT-B铂铼重整催化剂的长周期工业运行与再生情况。在装置运行的初期、中期、末期及催化剂再生后共进行了五次标定,在标定数据的基础上对催化剂在各个时期的性能进行了全面分析。标1、标2、标3、标4表明该催化剂在装置运行的各个时期中,表现出良好的活性、选择性、稳定性和提温敏感性;催化剂积炭速率慢,具有良好的持氯能力、水热稳定性和结构稳定性。标5数据表明该催化剂具有良好的再生性能。The operation and regeneration＇of platinum-rhenium reforming catalyst, PRT-A and PRT-B, in commercial application was introduced. The data of five performance tests were collected during the operation of SOR, MOR, EOR and after catalyst regeneration. Comprehensive analyses have been made on catalyst per- formance during each operating period of the process unit. It was found in the performance tests 1,2, 3, and 4 that the catalyst exhibited favorable activity, selectivity, stability and sensibility of temperature increase. The catalyst was slow in carbon deposition and good in chlorine retention, high in hydrothermal stability and excellent in structural stability. The data of performance test 5 showed that the catalyst had a good regenerability.
