摘  要:目的本文以中药红外-紫外光谱(IR-UV)联用为基础,建立了麻黄IR-UV光谱指纹图谱,并以光谱指纹定量法评价其质量。方法将IR和UV光谱各数据点按平均值法分别生成对照指纹图谱,以光谱点为单位计算两类光谱的宏观定性定量信息并以等权融合。结果以光谱指纹定量法鉴定10批麻黄质量,结果9批质量均好,1批质量中等。结论基于整体化学键振动和价电子跃迁的光谱指纹定量法可便捷、准确、有效地评价麻黄质量。Objective To develop the IRUV spectrum fingerprint of Herba Ephedrae (HED) and to identify HED quality by spectrum quantified fingerprint method (SQFM). Methods The referential UV fingerprint (RUVFP) and the referential IR fingerprint (RIRFP) were respectively synthesized by the point to point data of IR and UV spectra of 10 batches of HEDs, in which equal weight was given to each of RUVFP and RIRFP to produce the entire RFP. In terms of RFP, Sm and Pm of each of the 10 batches of HEDs were calculated. Results Quality of the 10 batches of HEDs was thoroughly identified by SQFM. Quality of 9 batches was good, except that S1 had obviously lower content. Conclusion The SQFM based on the spectra of whole chemical bond vibration and valence electron transition can briefly, effectively and accurately identify the quality of HEDs.
