新形势下我国高校竞技体育管理体制模式研究

摘　　要：分析了新形势下我国高校竞技体育管理体制的现状、存在问题、基本特征。认为高校竞技体育管理体制的改革、发展,从政府主导型走向政府与社会结合型是一次体制创新,更是一次制度创新。指出新形势下我国高校竞技体育管理体制的改革、发展必须符合现代高等教育和高校竞技体育发展规律,建立具有中国社会主义特色的政府与社会结合型"三级"管理体制模式。The research considers that reform of management system about competitive sports in universities is not only a breakthrough in system fi＇om the type of guidance of the government to the type of Goverment- and- society eombination but also a institutional innovation. The reform development of management system about competitive sports in universities must be accord with the laws of modern higher education and competitive sports in universities development.
