苦参素联合阿昔洛韦治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:比较联合静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素注射液治疗扁平疣37例(治疗组)与仅静滴阿昔洛韦治疗扁平疣37例(对照组)的疗效,疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.3%,痊愈率为89.2%;对照组总有效率为81.1%,痊愈率为67.6%;组间差异均有统计学意义,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素治疗扁平疣的有效方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Acyclovir and Oxymatrin in the treatment of patients with verruca plana juvenilis.Methods：37 patients with verruca plana juvenilis were instilled with Acyclovir and Oxymatrin （therapeutic group）,and 37 patients with verruca plana juvenilis were instilled with Acyclovir only （control group）,all for 2 weeks.Results：The total effective rate and recovery rate of therapeutic group were 97.3% and 89.2%,the total effective rate and recovery rate of control group were 81.1% and 67.6%,there were statistically significant between the two groups,the curative effect of therapeutic group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Instilling Acyclovir and Oxymatrin is a effective method in the treatment of patients with verruca plana juvenilis.
