摘 要:目的:比较三种不同检验方法对检验尿沉渣的效果。方法:用三种不同方法对我院检验科的100例尿液样本进行尿沉渣检验,比较检验结果。结果:对红、白细胞的检测中优利特Uritest-200B型尿液分析仪检测结果最高(P<0.05),其次为H-300,最低的为显微镜镜检法。使用优利特Uritest-200B型尿分析仪对H-300检验的阴性样本进行复检,复检发现3例阳性样本。随留置时间的延长,尿沉渣细胞碎片率均逐渐增加,24h后增加尤为显著(P<0.05)。在8h和16h,患者尿液处置的尿沉渣细胞碎片率均明显高于HDF处理组和正常人尿液组(P<0.05)。不同时间尿沉渣管型镜检计数的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三种检验方法中,优利特Uritest-200B型全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测结果最好。Objective: To compare the three different testing methods for testing the effect of urinary sediment. Methods: Used three different methods in our hospital clinical laboratory of the 100 cases of urine samples Urine tests to compare the test results. Results: The red and white blood cell detection Uritest-200B ur/ne analyzer test results of the highest (P〈 0.05), followed by H-300, the lowest for the microscope microscopic. The use of Uritest-200B urine analyzer for H-300 test-negative samples conduct a review, retest and found that three cases of positive samples. With the extension of retention time, the rate of urine sediment cell debris were gradually increased, 24 h after the increase was particularly marked (P〈0.05). In the 8 h and 16 h, patients with urine disposal of urine sediment cell debris were significantly higher than that HDF treatment group and normal urine group (P〈0.05). Urine microscopy at different time counting tube was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion:The three kinds of test methods, Uritest-200B type automatic urine sediment analyzer best results.
