拔罐治疗仪在毒蛇咬伤早期的应用与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨拔罐治疗仪负压吸引法在毒蛇咬伤患者治疗中的作用。方法:将100例毒蛇咬伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,两组均给予中西医结合治疗,治疗组在原治疗基础上加用拔罐治疗仪负压吸引法,观察两组患者肿胀开始消退时间,肿胀完全消退时间,住院时间,痊愈情况等指标。结果:治疗组起效快,疗程短,较对照组显著。肿胀开始消退时间,肿胀完全消退时间,住院时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:使用拔罐治疗仪治疗毒蛇咬伤患者疗效显著,安全可靠,可缩短住院时间,节省费用。值得在临床中广泛推广应用。Objective：To study the effect of Cupping Therapy in the treatment of snakebite. Metbods：100 patients with snakebite divided into treatment group（n=50） and control group （n=50） randomly. Treatment with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were given to each group respectively. Cupping Therapy was added on the basis of the existing one in treatment group. Time of the beginning of reduction and disappearance of swelling, the length of hospitalization and the recovery condition were observed and compared in each group. Results： The treatment group had obvious superiority with better curative effect and short course. There were significant differences in time of the beginning of reduction and disappearance of swelling, the length of hospitalization and the recovery condition between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical effect were much the same between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Cupping Therapy in the treatment of snakebite has a significant therapeutic effect. It is safe and reliable. The hospitalization time and money can also be well saved. It is worth spreading and applying.
