摘  要:对煤层深孔注水降尘机理进行了研究,并结合张集煤矿的煤层开采条件,对煤层注水技术及工艺进行了介绍,确定了钻孔布置、封孔深度、注水压力、注水量与注水时间等工艺参数。研究结果表明:综采工作面深孔注水是防治煤尘的有效手段,合理的钻孔深度7m,封孔深度2m,注水压力0.5~9.0MPa,注水后湿润半径为1.0~2.5m,平均降尘率达46.8%。The paper had a study on the mechanism of deep borehole water injection for dust control of seam. In combination with the seam mining conditions in Zhangji Coal Mine, the seam water injection technology and technique were introduced and the borehale pattern, the borehole stemming depth, water injection pressure, water injection quantity, water injection time and other technical parameters were determined. The study results showed that the deep borehole water injection in the fully mechanized coal mining face would be an effective means to prevent and control the coal dust. The rational depth of the borehole was 7 m, the stemming depth was 2 m, the water injection pressure was 0. 5 - 9.0 MPa, after water injection the moisture radius was 1. 0 - 2.5 m and the average dust control rate reached to 46. 8%.
