摘 要:为了改进煤矿井下照明电源,利用现代电力电子技术研制体积小、质量小、性能好的煤矿井下新型照明电源。采用电力电子变压器替代体积大的工频变压器,利用相控交流调压技术或斩控式交流调压技术降低电压,可使照明电源体积减小、性能得以提高。研究结果表明:使用电力电子变压器或不使用变压器能减小照明电源的体积和质量,从而降低井下工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率;同时,可以输出多个等级的交流电压以及直流电压,改善照明电源的性能,适应煤矿井下各类照明的需要。In order to improve the mine illumination power, the modem electric and electronic technology was applied to the research and development of the mine new illumination power with a small volume, light weight and good performances for underground mine. The electric power and electronic transformer could be applied to replace the large volume power transfer and the phase controlled AC voltage regulated technology or the chopper controlled AC voltage regulated technology could be applied to reduce the voltage. The above two technologies both could reduce the volume of the illumination power and improve the performances of the illumination power. The research results showed that the application of the electric power and electronic transformer or no application of the transformer could reduce the volume and weight of the illumination power. Thus the labor strength of the underground miners could be reduced and the production efficiency could be improved. Meanwhile the electric power and electronic transformer could have the output with multi grade AC voltages as well DC voltages, improve the performances of the illumination power and meet the requirements of different illuminations in the underground coal mines.
