摘　　要：目的探讨适合于评价武警医院卫勤保障分队灾害应急能力的指标构成要素，为管理部门开展有效的评估工作提供理论参考。方法住查阅分析文献资料和进行典型调查的基础上，提出评价指标构成要素锥形；再综合运川系统分析、头脑风暴等方法修订完善。结果确定了包括5项一级指标、13项二级指标、37项三级指标的初级评价指标构成要素框架结构。结论该评价指标构成要素结构符合武警部队医院卫勤保障分队灾害医学救援实际，为进一步形成较为完善的评价指标体系奠定了基础。Objective To explore a set of evaluation indicator constituent elements adopted to evaluate the squad＇ s rescue capability, and furnish a theoretical reference for the management to carry out an effective assessment. Methods Based upon the information collected from the literatures research and analysis, as well as the investigation of typieal cases, the first draft of evaluation indexical system constituent elements was established; then the methods, such as systematical analysis and brain storm, were used to further perfect it. Results Established a primary draft structure of evaluation indicator constituent elements, including 5 first-degree criteria, 13 second-degree criteria and 37 third-degree criteria. Conclusion The draft structure of evaluation indicator constituent elements is consistent with the practice of disaster rescue medieine of the health service support squad, and has made a foundation to form a more comprehensive evaluation indicator system.
