中药口服、灌肠、熏蒸治疗慢性肾衰氮质血症期临床研究

摘　　要：目的综合治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期的临床研究。方法将103例诊断为慢性肾衰处于氮质血症期的患者随机分为治疗组52例(中药熏蒸、中药灌肠、中药口服)和对照组51例(西医常规治疗),治疗一个月为一疗程,三个疗程后对比观察疗效。结果中药口服、灌肠、中药熏蒸治疗慢性肾衰氮质血症期可以显著降低患者血肌酐水平,有效降低尿素氮水平。疗效显著。Goal：The clinical study on the treatment of chronic renal failure azotemia phase with TCM decoction, enema, herbal fumigation. M ethod：103 cases of chronic renal failure azotemia phase were randomly divided into treatment group with 52 cases （herbal fumigation, herbal enema, herbal decoction） and control group with 51 cases （routine treatment with western medicine）, treats one month is a treatment course, after three treatment courses, paired observation curative effect. Finally： The treatment of chronic renal failure azotemia phase with TCM decoction, enema, herbal fumigation may obviously lower the patient blood serumcreatinine wine level, lowers the urea nitrogen level effectively. The curative effect is remarkable.
