摘 要:聚合物的表面性质在许多应用中起着关键性的作用,其最佳性能是在树脂应用时使整体/表面性质达到平衡。有许多方法可以对聚合材料进行表面改性,其中大多数方法是对终产物的表面进行处理。本文中我们将阐述特定的含硅氧烷的共聚物,把它们作为表面改性添加剂加入到各种有机聚合物中,它们在加工过程中移到体系表面,从而使聚合物表面得到改性。虽然硅氧烷本身是疏水性的,但是如果使用含有亲水链节的硅氧烷共聚物也可以得到亲水性的表面。同样,在硅氧烷是接上一些有特殊功能的有机基团,如UV稳定剂、阻燃剂等能增加最终产物的表面特性。添加剂向表面移动的动力学受许多因素影响,其中包括组成、分子量、应用的硅氧烷共聚物的结构、混合物中添加剂量、样品制备和热处理方法等。Surface properties of polymers play critical roles in many applications.For optimum performance to balance bulk/surface properties can be achieved in the use of resin.There are various methods for the surface modification of polymeric materials,however,most of them are based on the surface treatment of the finished products In this paper we try to demonstrate the use of specially designed siloxane containing copolymers as surface modifying additives for various organic polymers.Surface modification is usually achieved by blending small amounts of specific siloxane copolymers into the base resin,Which migrate to the surface of the system during processing.Although siloxanes themselves are inherently hydrophobic,it is possible to obtain hydrophilic surface properties by the use of siloxane copolymers containing hydrophilic segments.Similarly one can attach other organic groups with specific functionalities onto the siloxanes,such as UV stabilizers,flame retardants,etc.in order to improve surface properties of the finished product.There are various factors which influence the kinetics for the migration of these additives to the surface.They include the composition,molecular weight and architecture of the siloxane copolymer used,level of additive in blend,method of sample preparation and annealing.
