摘　　要：目的了解目前农村家庭户主健康状况及基层卫生服务需求现状,为有关部门制定卫生决策及合理配置卫生资源提供依据。方法整群抽取安徽省岳西县来榜镇常住居民,利用自制调查表进行入户调查。结果农村家庭户主近2周的患病率为4.7%,近6个月的病伤率为11.8%,近1年的住院率为9.8%;慢性疾病患病率为26.6%,其中以慢性胃肠道疾病患病率最高,为14.1%,高血压的实际患病率为13.9%,比高血压知晓率高近2倍;近2年仅7.6%参加全面体检,未参加体检的原因主要为不知道需要体检,占45.1%;户主对卫生服务需求较强,其中期望获得健康咨询的占64.2%,希望获得全面体检、饮食指导分别占59.3%,45.9%。结论农村家庭户主健康状况不良,户主期望获得卫生保健知识愿望较强。Objective To study the health status of rural householders and their needs for health service to provide a basis for health department to constitute scientific policy and deploy health resource.Methods The sample was randomly chosen with cluster sampling method and the subjects were interviewed with self-made questionnaire.Results The two-week disease prevalence rate was 4.7%.11.8% of the subjects had a pain or disease during a half of year;the rate of hospitalizateion in the latest year was 9.8%.The prevalence of chronic disease was 26.6%,among which chronic gastrointestinal tract disease was the most prevalent（accounting for 14.1%）.The prevalence of hypertension was 13.9%,almost twice as the hypertension awareness rate.Only 7.6% of rural householders participated health examination in past two years.Without kmowledge of health examination was the primary reason for the participants did not have physical examination （45.1%）.The huoseholders had urgent demands for health services,and 64.2% of them hoped to get health consultation,59.3% wished to get physical examination,and 45% hoped to get dietetic suggestion.Conclusion The rural householders are not good in health status and need knowledge of health care urgently.
