摘　　要：目的综合评价脂联素水平与脑卒中的关系。方法利用Meta分析方法对国内外公开发表的有关脂联素水平与脑卒中关系的研究文献进行综合的定量分析。结果共收集到符合纳入标准的文献10篇,累计病例共746例,累计对照共1016人;Meta分析结果显示,总体效应检验Z=4.76,P<0.00,均数差(MD)为-4.25,95%CI=-6.00～-2.50;漏斗图分布呈倒漏斗形,近似对称,小样本研究分布在漏斗底部,发表偏倚较小;敏感性分析结果显示,在排除低质量研究后,结果合并效应量Z=4.55,P<0.00,与未排除前结果(Z=4.76,P<0.00)相近。结论脂联素水平降低与脑卒中的发生密切相关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between adiponectin level and stroke.Methods A meta-annlysis of studies published domestically and abroad about the relationship between adiponectin level and stroke was conducted with comprehensive quantitative analysis.Results Based on the criteria,10 studies were selected with a total of 746 accumulative cases and 1016 controls.Meta-analysis results showed that the overall effect value was Z=4.76（P0.00） and the mean difference value was -4.25（95%CI ：-6.00 -2.50）.Inverted funnel plot showed the distribution of a funnel-shaped approximate symmetry.The small sample studies distritivity analysis showed that the combined effect（Z=4.55,P0.00） was similar to that of after low-quality study excluded（Z=4.76,P0.00）.Conclusion The decrease of adiponectin level is significantly associated with stroke.
