摘 要:研究水对制备结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵及其性质的影响。以五氧化二磷、磷酸氢二铵、尿素为原料,在特定的转晶氨化条件下向体系加入一定量的水来制备结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵。用FT-IR和XRD来分析晶型及杂质,测定了结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵的水溶性与pH,并用31P核磁共振法测定聚磷酸铵的聚合度。结果表明,在转晶氨化阶段加入一定量的水,可以制得较纯的结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵,聚合度在850左右,但是使制得的聚磷酸铵水溶性增大;而延长氨化时间可以降低其水溶性;得出最佳的n(水)/n(磷)为(0.1-0.3)∶1。Effects of water added in the conversion and ammoniating step for preparing crystal form Ⅱ ammonium polyphosphate(APP Ⅱ) were studied.APP Ⅱ was prepared with phosphorus pentoxide,diammonium hydrogen phosphate,and urea under selected technological conditions of aerating ammonia.At same time,small amount of water was added to the system.Crystal forms and impurities were characterized by FT-IR and XRD.Water-solubility and pH of APP Ⅱ were tested.Degree of polymerization was tested by 31P NMR.Results showed that relatively pure crystal form Ⅱ APP could be prepared when small amount of water was added in the conversion and ammoniating step,degree of polymerization of APP was about 850,but the water-solubility was increased;Whereas the extended amination time can reduce its water-solubility.The best amount-of-substance ratio of H2O/P was(0.1~0.3)∶1.
